Returns & Store Credit

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Eligible returns can receive 100% refund or store credit up to 7 days from the date of delivery.

• A flat ₹200 shipping fee will be deducted/charged for return pickups and logistics.

Exchanges & Alterations

If your order does not fit as expected, please notify us within 1–2 days of receiving the product for alteration or size exchange assistance.

• Exchanges are applicable only for the same design in a different size.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.

• Since most of our pieces are made-to-order, we encourage customers to place orders mindfully.
