Returns & Store Credit

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Eligible returns can receive 100% refund or store credit up to 7 days from the date of delivery.

• A flat ₹200 shipping fee will be deducted/charged for return pickups and logistics.

Exchanges & Alterations

If your order does not fit as expected, please notify us within 1–2 days of receiving the product for alteration or size exchange assistance.

• Exchanges are applicable only for the same design in a different size.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Partial COD Orders

For orders placed under the Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option, an advance payment of ₹199 is required at the time of placing the order. In the event that the customer refuses to accept or receive the parcel upon delivery, the ₹199 advance payment will be non-refundable and will be retained towards the courier, shipping, and handling charges incurred for the order.

Important Notes

• Since most of our pieces are made-to-order, we encourage customers to place orders mindfully.

• Alteration shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Customised or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
